A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
The Company begins its activity in 1993 under the name of “CORTI FRANCA Confezioni”.
In 1998 it finishes its work to give way to a new company “I FRAJOR Confezioni S.A.S.” of CORTI FRANCA and CANTALUPPI GIORGIO. The main activity of the new company is packaging, for third parties, of scarves and kerchiefs (foulards) for the Como leading companies. Some months later, three of the four children join the Company, and as a result it shows evident growth, the number of the employees increases.
During a short time period the Company continues to develop more and more, and by the year 2000 it moves from a small workshop situated in Como via per Brunate, to larger premises in Como, via Don Minzoni, where it grows in size adding 15 more employees to its staff and getting the experience and professionalism which it can boast now.
In the course of time, the client portfolio grows too involving into it the most important brand, both Italian and foreign, present on the market S.A.S. With some of them at certain moments direct contact are established.
With years the need for more space and personnel becomes evident, and therefore in 2012 the Company moves to a new place in Lipomo via Oltrecolle
In 2016, to remain in business, la FRAJOR S.A.S. decides not to engage anymore in packaging activity, but shows its interest in operation facilities bringing the working area from 600 sq.m. up to 780 sq.m.
In the meantime, a new Company is being established, la FRAJOR S.R.L., with CANTALUPPI CLAUDIA, CANTALUPPI FLAVIA and CANTALUPPI FABIO as the new owners.
A year later it becomes necessary to organize and introduce a new Unit of Quality Control and Shipment.Thus, in 2018 la FRAJOR S.A.S. continues to broaden its structure bringing the area of operation facilities uo to the present 1200 sq.m. and making it possible for FRAJOR S.R.L. to develop from a handicraft business to a small industry and increase the number of employees up to 25.

THE COMPANY ORGANIZATION
The operational seat the Company is in Lipomo. The Company occupies three floors, each of whish is dedicated to one special area of competence, i.e. cutting, packaging, quality control/shipment, and administration.
The latest development of the Company in terms of immovable property is the acquisition of the fourth floor which is taken up by the kitchen and the canteen for all the member/employees of the Company.
And one of the latest improvements is the installation of a photovoltaic system.

SPECIAL PROCESSING/HANDLING
We were the first in the sector to offer our customers the possibility of finishing pieces by means of specific overcasting, guaranteeing a very fine hemming, so as not to interfere in the least with the injectors of the INK-JET printing machine.
Or with THERMAL CUT, which allows the scarring of the tissue or COLD. These processes to eliminate selvedges or to cut the piece into strips, in this specific process we are able to operate both on a single piece and on a REEL.
Other processing
COLD CUTTING WITH COMPUTERIZED REMITE RESDING CAMERAS, both following the DRAWING and the SPLITZ. The daily production capacity is thousands of meters white the different machines, it is also possible, in any cutting operation, to be able to lower the height of the piece to the size desired by the customer.
